2. Using the website

You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not try to disrupt it, copy it in bulk, probe it for weaknesses, or submit false or misleading information.

We work to keep the content accurate, but product descriptions, specifications, colours and availability may change without notice.

3. Orders and quotations

Sending an order request or a quotation request through the website is an invitation for us to deal with you. It is not a binding contract and it is not an acceptance.

A contract is formed only when BuildWells confirms your order in writing (for example by email or WhatsApp) and the confirmation sets out the products, quantities, price and delivery terms. We may decline or amend a request, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error.

The email you receive after sending a request confirms that we received it. It does not confirm that we accepted it.

Items shown as price on request, and services such as installation or design, are quoted individually.

4. Prices and VAT

Prices shown on the website are in UAE dirhams (AED) and exclude 5% VAT unless the page says otherwise. VAT is added to the confirmed order.
